2009 Chile Testing Season is Underway!

M-TEC engineers are currently knee deep in chile... literally. The green chile season is underway and engineers are testing multiple different types of pepper de-stemming machines. The compression machine that was tested in 2008 has been installed at a Cayenne processing facility for full scale tests and 7 new green chile de-stemmer prototypes have been built and tested.
